about
In memory of Chad Kangkorn Davenport. 1994-2018.
lyrics
A haze of confusion surrounds ones head,
Invisible to those on the outside.
Maybe doubt, maybe pain, maybe sorrow from loss,
It's cause truly unknown.
Self contained and hidden away,
These demons do not see the light of day,
Left to torment and suffer inside,
Becoming harder and harder to hide.
Life is a dangerous place,
Some who start it meet a premature end.
Life is a horrible place,
The weight of the world too much to bear.
Some people choose to wait,
Watching the world with melancholic stare.
I hope you suffer with no hate,
Deep in our hearts you will always be there.
The memories of you they shall never fade,
The lives touched by your love forever changed,
The memories of you they shall never fade,
The lives touched by your love forever changed,
This is our final goodbye, goodbye!
The memories of you they shall never fade,
The lives touched by your love forever changed,
The memories of you are forever ingrained.
In our hearts they shall always remain.

New label that opened with a great compilation of what British Black Metal is to me, even if only containng one new band for me, it is a key compilation to showcase British Black Metal. Only would have liked to see some bands that I think are the face i.e. Fen/Abduction. Anyway, worth a pick up and would like to see what is on future compilations \m/ Eligos

Simple Black Metal with great atmosphere. Other than the studio version of "For the Glory of Satan" the live version (digital versions only) really rocks! One of the rare tracks that together with "Gut the church" have burned themselves into my brain and I can't get them out anymore.
Heathen Deity might be one of the most underrated BM bands of all times, delivering 2 tracks that should be on every BM playlist. 𝕺𝖛 𝕾𝖔𝖗𝖗𝖔𝖜

This is another strong release from Deadwood Lake, they're a band that are very consistent and this EP is excellent proof of that, it is a nice touch that it contains their debut EP "Rememberance" as bonus tracks, those songs are fantastic as well! Venombullet666
